VRI provides small businesses and Home Office or Self Employed Persons with high
tech voicemail/faxmail
. Your voicemail/faxmail phone number can be used as a stand alone business
phone number or work with your existing phone system. Standard features include
greeting length of up to five minutes and message storage of 30 messages
(larger plans available). Callers leaving a voicemail can listen to their
message, re-record the message or append to it and mark the level of priority
or confidentiality. New voicemail and faxmail message notification is available
with a variety of options. Voicemail/faxmail numbers accept faxes and can be
used as a mobile fax phone line, allowing for download of fax to/from any fax
machine. Voicemail/faxmail boxes have many uses. As an employment 'hotline' new
employment opportunities can be described and qualifications outlined and the
calls don't tie up the office phones. Messages can be left and resumes faxed to
the same number. Voice messages and faxed resumes can be accessed online with
OneView. Greeting only mailboxes are another option. Perfect for large
organizations, the greeting message can be changed as often as needed and
organization members or corporate employees can call in and get the latest

connect to a live person or call center
