VRI introduces OneNumber - a complete communications solution
containing all the business phone services you need in a virtual business phone
line. OneNumber can ring any existing phone, cutting out the
need for expensive telephone service. Any basic phone line can be used. OneNumber
includes voice mail and features such as call waiting, three way calling,
conference calling, hold button, music on hold, call transfer and off premise
call transfer. Call screening allows users to know who is holding for them
prior to accepting the call. Less important calls can be sent directly to voice
mail. Available and unavailable modes, each with their own user changeable
greetings allows subscribers to adjust productive time frames or be available
only for priority calls. Call screening is also user changeable allowing users
to accept all calls, or screen calls as needed. OneNumber acts
as your personal receptionist, letting you choose which calls to take. OneNumber
also accepts faxes, holding them in the voice mail for downloading at any fax
machine. You no longer need dedicated fax phone lines. With OneView
faxes can be viewed online. Multiple users can have individual OneNumbers

OneView-fax to e-mail service
OneView allows OneNumber subscribers to access
their account online. Users can make changes to their OneNumber
account online, allowing them to program phone numbers, change availability,
make calls and access voicemail and faxmail online. Voice messages can be heard
through computer speakers. From online, faxes can be viewed, printed or deleted
or saved to the hard drive. Faxes can then be forwarded via e-mail and added as
an attachment. Voice and fax messages are still available from any telephone
